Return Policy

ALL Bulk materials, flagstone and building stone are NON REFUNDABLE

ALL sale items are NON REFUNDABLE

10% Restocking fee on all returnable items

NO refunds without a receipt

NO refunds after 30 days from date of purchase

Refunds on transactions paid by check will be issued after 20 business days

NO credit card information can be taken by phone

 

Delivery Policies

Final decisions regarding delivery are solely up to the driver, who will base this decision on safety to people and property.

Delivery charges are quoted depending on what area of San Antonio or the surrounding city the delivery would be made to. Please have the address ready and call for a delivery quote.

The drivers can accept cash or check upon delivery, or if you would like to come into our office PRIOR to your delivery, you may pay with a credit card

Natural stone is a product of nature. 
Therefore, we cannot guarantee characteristics of stone represented in photographs.
